Welcome to Marrakech Hot Air Balloon Tours ! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your hot air balloon experience. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email (contact@marrakechhotairballoontours.com ), or phone (+212 611 983 567).
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions (see Cancellation Policy below).
• Prices are quoted in USD and include all services mentioned in the package description.

2. Confirmation and Changes

• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your flight details, including pick-up time and location.
• Any changes to your booking must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Marrakech Hot Air Balloon Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel flights due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather, technical issues, or force majeure.

3. Weather and Safety

• Flights are weather-dependent and operate only under safe conditions. If your flight is canceled due to adverse weather, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Our pilots are highly experienced and certified, and all equipment complies with international safety standards.
• Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the ground crew and pilot before, during, and after the flight.

4. Cancellation Policy

• By Passenger :
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight are non-refundable.
   
• By Marrakech Hot Air Balloon Tours :
  • If we cancel the flight due to weather or other safety concerns, you will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Age and Health Restrictions

• Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on hot air balloon flights.
• Pregnant women and individuals with serious medical conditions, mobility issues, or recent surgeries are advised not to participate.
• Passengers must be physically able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 1 hour) and climb in and out of the basket unassisted.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Marrakech Hot Air Balloon Tours is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the flight unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
• We recommend that passengers have travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

7. Prohibited Items

• Smoking, alcohol, and any flammable materials are strictly prohibited on the hot air balloon.
• Large backpacks, sharp objects, or heavy items are not allowed in the basket.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and ensuring a smooth experience.
• We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

10. Governing Law
